On November 3 and 4, 2016, the Palais des congrès de Montréal welcomed for a 32nd year the Contech Building Expo. At the heart of the industry's issues, the event gathered under one roof close to 450 exhibitors and more than 5,000 visitors. This edition focused on wood and products associated with it. Therefore it was with great pleasure that our team participated!
We are proud to have been able to present our newest generation of wooden doors, exclusive to Bourassa Doors. Besides showing our Energy Star-certified doors, for Zones 1, 2 and 3 in Canada, and our unique insulation system (patent pending), we also launched our MAESTRA™ technology: No Warping | No Cracking | No Draft | No Peeling.
Thanks to our high-performance finishing products, equipped with nanotechnology, your doors will no longer peel. Also, with Stay Straight™ (patent pending), our anti-warping system, your doors will no longer warp. Our gluing and assembly methods, duly tested, have been rethought in order to prevent any form of cracking.
Our front doors are equipped with an InterlockTM copper weatherstrip which we are the only manufacturer, and our concealed door sweeps are combined with our waterjet trimming system for maximum resistance to water and air infiltration. Thanks to this unique protection, our doors are equipped with the best insulation on the market. The Contech Building Expo is the ideal opportunity for companies to present their innovations and brand-new products. We participated in the Jury’s Favourite competition, rewarding the most interesting products, and out of the 80 participants, we ended up among the top 6.
